Connected & Protected Maintenance Plan from Davis HVAC Experts

Our "Connected & Protected Maintenance Plan" allows our customers to take total control of their home through not only connected thermostats, but also smart locks, smart lights, smart garage doors and much more.
Our "Connected & Protected Kit" gives you, and us, the ability to monitor the efficiency of your heating and cooling system, measure system runtimes, provide a monthly system health report, send real-time trouble condition alerts to you both you the customer and our service department, notify you of condensation in the drain pain while simultaneously shutting off the system to prevent flooding and so much more!
The base kit includes:
Smart Home Hub - Provides your home with a dedicated cellular network, connects all your devices, and creates a seamless experience with our Mobile App and web portal.
(1) Smart Thermostat HD - The Smart Thermostat HD offers a sleek touch screen display and works with other connected devices to optimize energy savings and deliver unmatched convenience.
(1) Smart Plug - Control lighting remotely and create automated schedules. Simply plug in a lamp and enjoy easy remote and pre-programmed lighting control.
(1) Carbon Monoxide Sensor - Siren and Mobile App alerts can save lives. When integrated with the Smart Thermostat, it automatically shuts off the HVAC system to prevent CO from being produced or distributed.
(1) Dry Contact Sensor - Alerts you before your cooling system’s condensate pan overflows, allowing time to act before major water damage or mold growth can occur.
(1) Water Sensor - Protects your home by detecting water and notifying you immediately, so you can ensure that a small leak doesn’t become a big one.
Additional to all of this, our '"Connected and Protected Maintenance Plan" includes:
- Priority service response time
- $75 per year credit towards a replacement system
- 10% discount on service parts
- 10% discount on indoor air quality equipment (UV lights, humidifiers, dehumidfiers, etc.)
